Today. A 25% deposit is due at booking. It confirms your room.

The remaining 75% is invoiced on two dates. December 15, 2026 for the first half, February 15, 2027 for the second. Both go to the email on your order.

Booking after December 15, 2026? The first date has passed, so the whole remaining balance is invoiced on February 15, 2027.

Booking after February 15, 2027? Payment is due in full at booking.

Deposits are fully refundable until November 15, 2026. After that date, deposits are non-refundable.
