How Rare Seasons began.
They say the best businesses are born from personal frustration. For Rare Seasons founder Aaron, it started with a simple dilemma. He loved traveling with friends, but schedules rarely aligned. He thrived on the serendipity of solo travel, yet had outgrown the hostel scene.
He had come to prefer upscale, private places with real amenities, the kind of stay that feels considered. But those rooms could be quiet in the wrong way. They were not built for meeting anyone. And some of the best parts of any trip are the people you meet along the way, the conversations, and the friendships that outlast the flight home.
Aaron envisioned something different. An upscale way for accomplished, like-minded people to connect in extraordinary settings, with wellness at the core. After a decade managing high-stakes partnerships in tech, he stepped away to build it: a luxury, social, wellness experience.
In the end, the goal is simple. To share the experiences, the memories, and the joy of travel with others.
